How does the 2-hour access work?

Once your M-Pesa payment confirms, a 2-hour countdown starts. You can view the paper as many times as you like within that window. After 2 hours the session expires and you'd need to purchase again.

What if my M-Pesa prompt doesn't come through?

Wait up to 60 seconds — Safaricom can be slow during peak hours. If nothing arrives, close the modal and try again. You won't be charged twice for the same paper in the same session.

Can I download or print the paper?

No — papers are view-only. This protects the content and keeps prices low for everyone.

I paid but couldn't access the paper. What do I do?

Email support@mwakenya.co.ke with your M-Pesa receipt number and the paper name. We'll verify and restore your access within a few hours.
